Role Overview: The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving and managing all aspects of our lead generation efforts, primarily through paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok. This role requires an individual who excels at digital marketing strategy, thrives in a high-performance environment, and constantly thinks outside the box. You will track key performance metrics, including marketing qualified leads (MQLs), sales qualified leads (SQLs), cost per lead (CPL), and return on marketing investment (ROMI). The ideal candidate will be both creative and data-driven, ensuring maximum effectiveness of our digital marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, Google, Meta and TikTok ads.
Analyse and report on key metrics of digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (total marketing spend, MQL, SQL, CPL, ROMI%)
Identify trends and insights to optimise spend and performance based on those insights
Test, analyse, and optimize creative assets and messaging to enhance ad performance
Evaluate emerging technologies, providing thought leadership for adoption where appropriate
Collaborate with sales and events teams to align digital marketing strategies with broader business goals.
Produce detailed reports and presentations to showcase campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve conversion rates and campaign outcomes.
Experience & Requirements:
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation and ad campaign management.
Experience in Click Funnels and Hubspot (preferred but not essential).
Proven expertise in running successful campaigns on Google, Meta, and TikTok.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, including reporting on KPIs like MQLs, SQLs, and ROMI.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimizing campaign performance.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions for challenging marketing situations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Enthusiastic, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
