The Stage II Group is a national clothing wholesaler and retailer, with well-known brands such as Elm, Edge Clothing, Edge Kids, All About Eve, St Goliath, Silent Theory, Jorge, Foxwood, St Goliath Boys, Eve Girl, Sunnyville and Animal Crackers.
We're on the lookout for an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to join our team in Geelong. If you're passionate about digital marketing and data-driven strategies and are passionate about customer acquisition and experience enhancement, we want to meet you! This role is critical to driving profitable sales, managing our digital marketing agency and budget, building and optimising marketing automations.
Role Summary:As the Digital Marketing Lead, you'll lead and execute strategies across multiple digital channels, including paid advertising, SEO, SEM, email, social and affiliate marketing. You'll oversee digital campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and ROI, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to elevate brand, retail, and online experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy supporting brand, retail, and eCommerce objectives with a good understanding and ownership of data and what MarTech has to offer.Lead SEM, paid digital marketing budgets across multiple channels and drive ongoing optimisation.Lead email marketing best practices and oversee affiliate strategy optimization.Implement and manage SEO strategies (technical, on-site, and off-site).Work with our agency partners on creative approvals, asset updates, and peak planning.Build and optimize performance marketing dashboards and analyze results to drive improvements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Retail, Marketing, Customer Care, and Merchandising, to ensure cohesive strategies and seamless customer journeys.Review and oversee social media platforms performance, data, analysis and work with marketing coordinators to support with technical/data/analysis as well as optimisation of social strategy.What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.2-3 years of experience in paid online performance marketing, working with agencies and an ecommerce environment.Solid understanding of Google Ads, Meta and Bing ads.Proficiency in Google suite such as GA4, GTM, GMC, GMB and affiliate program management and data feeds.Experience working with and understanding Meta Business for paid advertising.Experience with Klaviyo and Shopify is an advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.Effective communication skills for collaboration with multiple teams.Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.Why Join Us?If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and want to shape the future of digital marketing in our company, we'd love to hear from you.
