Our client, a highly regarded and rapidly growing consumer goods brandbased in the Western Suburbs is on the hunt for a hands-on and enthusiasticDigital Marketing Executive to join their vibrant team as they continue tounlock the next phase of growth. Reporting into the eCommerce Growth Lead, this role will primarilyfocus on managing the day-to-day needs of their owned DTC channels. Youwill support new product launch campaigns, promotions and marketing contentand spearhead initiatives to boost conversion rates and overall performanceacross the website, app and CRM channels. You should possess strong experience in building campaign journeys anddeveloping experimentation and testing plans, and be passionate aboutbuilding customer value, driving customer engagement and sales. Key responsibilities include: Collaborate closely with manager to create and oversee the digitalmarketing strategy for the brand's owned channels, including email,website, app, SMS and push notificationsDevelop and manage the owned channels content planning schedule andperformance, including developing briefs, setup, testing and publishing andreporting of campaignsWorking closely with creative agency, copywriters and other partners tosupport the development of assets required for all digital channels andcampaignsStay on top of industry trends and best practices to apply innovativeapproaches to continually improve the overall businessCraft consumer journeys that are designed to drive acquisition,retention and conversionWork closely with marketing and cross-functional partners to supportthe delivery of product launches and promotionsUtilise analytics to draw insights, make recommendations and implementchanges to online channel to maximise sales, conversion rate and AOV To be successful, you will have: 3-5 years of proven experience in a Digital Marketing focused roleExperience in CRM is highly desiredUnderstanding of experimentation and testingStrong decision-making skills and analytical mindset to problemsolveStrong time management and prioritisation skills to thrive in afast-paced environmentExperience in content management and promotion execution Perks and Benefits: 2 days/week work from home model (Tuesdays and Thursdays)New state of the art office facility with free onsite parking (alsoclose to public transit)Onsite fully equipped gymStaff discounts on their product rangesRecognition and reward programQuarterly offsite events If this is of interest, apply now, or call Carly for a confidentialchat on (02)******** and quote 'Digital Marketing Executive'.
