Role Overview UMENCO is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive for a brand who specialise in creating clothes that elevate everyday life through lighthearted escapism, with a seasonal variety guided by the freedom associated with travel. As an Australian-owned, direct-to-consumer retailer, the brand operates across Australia and internationally. 
This role requires an experienced specialist who understands online performance and has a proven track record in driving sales and trade without relying on discounting. The ideal talent will be passionate about performance marketing, with the ability to develop and execute strategic campaigns that drive brand engagement, traffic and revenue.
This role encompasses both strategic and executional responsibilities, focusing on managing the full paid digital ad strategy across social and search channels both locally and internationally. Key responsibilities include managing a digital marketing calendar, creating and optimising paid social media campaigns and collaborating with the creative team to develop impactful ad content. The successful talent will be tasked with launching international paid social and search strategies, optimising campaign budgets, tracking key performance metrics and staying updated on industry trends. For paid search, the role involves managing Google Ad campaigns, expanding campaign reach and improving effectiveness through testing and optimisation.
The position requires a hands-on approach with a strong focus on execution, reporting and analytics. Essential skills include effective budget management, clear communication and expertise in paid social platforms and technologies.
The talent should have at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a background in managing budgets and a strong understanding of performance metrics. A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required, along with proficiency in tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager and experience with CRM strategies. A familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Shopify Plus is also preferable.
