The Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with and support the digital marketing specialist and cluster lead across multiple Paid Search, Paid Media and SEO channels and accounts. Meet and exceed the objectives of clients through the successful development and implementation of online marketing strategies. Strive to continuously improve established technical knowledge and work collaboratively with peers and clients.

RESPONSIBILITIESLiaise with clients at a tactical, implementation level.Understand client objectives, and communicate / promote agency value and results.Manage and implement client projects, liaising with team members to contribute learnings and ideas to client strategies.Meet and exceed the objectives of clients through the successful development and implementation of online marketing strategies across any of SEO, Paid Search, Paid Media and Content, working with internal teams.Prepare and present client reporting; identifying and communicating new opportunities, value delivered, and strategic direction.Promote the Sparro values and culture.SKILLS1-3 years' experience in digital marketing or media.Effective project management and excel at working in a team.An ability to understand direction and mobilise with others to achieve a project.Technical and strategic skills in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Programmatic, SEO, Google Analytics and data analysis.WHAT TO EXPECTContinuous learning is a huge part of our workplace culture. The Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with Digital Marketing Specialists and be able to learn and grow as part of the team through on-the-job mentoring and support from the team and other senior leaders within the business.
Through our in-house training and support, we also look beyond our company to aid our staff's professional development, with access and encouragement to attend industry events, workshops and paid external courses.
