Digital Marketing Coordinator

Mentone Girls' Grammar is seeking to appoint a proactive and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Coordinator.
Working within the dynamic Marketing and Communications team, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will create and deliver strategies that align with the marketing goals of the School. They will work on a range of platforms, including email marketing, social media, and website. Responsibilities include managing all digital marketing campaigns, generating leads, conducting market research, and actively engaging with the School to optimize the performance of digital strategies.
This role offers the successful candidate a blend of creativity and analytics, enabling them to transform campaign concepts into engaging digital experiences while measuring and optimizing performance to drive results.
The ideal candidate will possess a natural rapport with people and experience in a strategic, high-achieving environment. They should demonstrate a proven ability to nurture key stakeholder relationships and possess the drive and curiosity to think outside the box, executing creative content that reflects our fresh attitude towards girls' education.
This position is a full-time ongoing role, and digital marketing experience is essential.
