What you'll love We are hiring a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Richlands, Queensland team to drive our digital footprint.

This is a terrific opportunity to carve out a fulfilling career path, with plenty of opportunities to grow and expand your skills within a small and impactful, in-house, digital team.

You will be focussing on search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimisation (SEO), paid social and analytics, where you'll support with implementation, optimisation, and performance insights to drive our brand visibility across the digital channels.

Key Responsibilities include: SEO & Keyword Analysis: Conduct keyword research to keep our website content optimized and competitive. SEM Campaigns: Help create, monitor, and refine paid search campaigns that increase traffic and conversions. Data Analysis & Reporting: Dive into Google Analytics and other tools to monitor traffic, conversions, and provide actionable insights to elevate performance. Digital Strategy Support: Collaborate on content creation, social media, and various digital initiatives to keep our campaigns fresh and effective. Digital Asset Management: Maintain our website's pages and content, partnering with web teams to keep everything updated and relevant. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to coordinate digital needs, align campaigns, and ensure deadlines are met. With opportunities to earn bonus, coupled with visionary leadership, your personal and professional growth will be in overdrive Who you are You'll be a curious, self-driven digital enthusiast with a passion SEO, SEM, and data-driven insights. You'll have a minimum of one years' experience (preferably with a digital agency). You'll have a good understanding of the digital tools and channels such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media and SEO keyword platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting You'll be customer focussed, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work within a fast-paced team. You'll have a demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Are you with us?
