Digital Marketing Associate - Remote Work

Packaging Corp. of America is seeking a reliable and driven Digital Marketing Associate to join our remote team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content for various platforms
- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and suggest improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to create cohesive marketing plans
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and lead generation activities
- Monitor and optimize paid advertising campaigns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of adaptability and problem-solving skills
- Ability to conduct thorough research and analyze data
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools
- Experience with content management systems and email marketing platforms
