About The Role:Join us as a Digital Marketer - Performance and take the lead in designing and optimising acquisition strategies across key channels like Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, and SA 360 for high-demand lottery products such as Powerball, Oz Lotto, and Saturday Lotto. With your growth mindset and marketing expertise, you will drive player acquisition and revenue growth for the Oz Lotteries e-commerce brand.
You'll have the opportunity to:
Design and execute acquisition campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Mobile Ads to attract and convert customers.Run "test and learn" initiatives to refine targeting, messaging, and creative elements for maximum impact.Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align strategies with overall marketing goals and share actionable insights.Analyse campaign performance metrics, including conversion rates and CPA, to identify and put in place optimisations.Stay on top of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to keep Jumbo at the forefront of acquisition strategies.Use analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.Conduct A/B testing and experiments to continually improve campaign results.What we're looking for: A background working in search engine marketing, within tech, digital, or eCommerce environments, with a focus on acquisition.Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other advertising platforms.Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive actionable insights.Familiarity with tracking tools, attribution models, SEO, and SEM.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.A creative, data-driven mindset and a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.Additional Information:Due to the nature of our core products, Oz Lotto and Powerball, this role will require extended hours on major jackpot days, particularly Tuesdays and Thursdays (WFH), with work typically extending until approximately 9 pm (e.g., 9 am–9 pm). During quieter periods, such as Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, you will have the flexibility to work shorter days or take time in lieu depending on the circumstances, ensuring a balanced workload.
Salary Banding: $100,000 - $120,000 + Super
