Reporting directly into our Sussan General Manager, our Digital Manager drives the sales and profit of our online store, delivering a best in class digital customer experience onsite across merchandise, trade, fulfillment and customer support. As part of the Sussan leadership team, you will work in conjunction with our GM to deliver and lead the overall brand and e-commerce strategy and commercial sales performance. In this 12 month Parental Leave contract role, our Digital Manager will lead their Digital team of 2 direct reports as well as work closely with our Marketing team. As a strong communicator, you will build effective relationships both externally with various agencies as well as internally across various team including Retail Operations, IT, Buying and Planning. Your day to day will include: Deliver the overall brand and e-commerce strategy in conjunction with the GM Drive e-commerce sales performance and return on investment for all ecomm media spend Lead development of roadmap to deliver continuous improve the e-commerce site performance metrics Support and lead your team Develop the e-commerce platform in conjunction with GM and Group IT and agencies Lead the digital team to ensure all site content is relevant and up to date Develop seasonal digital marketing plans to drive sales & conversion Lead the VIP & CRM strategy across the Brand To be successful in this role, you must have: Marketing/Digital Tertiary Qualifications or similar Previous experience in leading e-commerce platform and delivering commercial goals Proven technical skills to lead UX/UI development, optimisation and commercialisation of platform Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team Experience managing agencies Strong budget and commercial acumen Stakeholder Management capabilities Strong attention to detail Influencing and relationship building skills Why work for Sussan?
