The Digital Implementation & Support Specialist is responsible for the successful implementation, training and ongoing support of best-in-class software solutions throughout Emeco's Australian business.
What you'll do: Uncover and analyze business requirements to drive impactful solutions that transform operations and boost efficiency.
Evaluate and scope out the latest technologies, ensuring the best fit for innovative and forward-thinking solutions.
Take charge of implementing solutions both remotely and onsite , ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact.
Develop & provide engaging and comprehensive training to frontline site personnel, equipping them with the skills and workflows to excel.
Offer ongoing technical support as a key member of the Emeco digital team, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.
What you'll bring: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field.
1+ years technical consulting, business consulting, technical training, project engineering/management or related experience.
A passion for delivering excellent training, with an ability to tailor methods to suit different needs.
A genuine interest in understanding and getting the most out of software & technology.
Demonstrable experience and capability in influencing people.
Capability to travel across Australia to implement and train.
