Driven by our innovative, inclusive, and forward-thinking culture, we're constantly looking at ways to create differentiated, omni-channel experiences for our customers and build the next generation of digital retailing.Role OverviewAs a Digital Implementation Specialist - Martech, you will be responsible for the implementation and adoption of the marketing technology platforms used by Coles Digital teams. You will be the technical point of contact that connects platform end users, such as Engineering and developers, product, marketers and architecture, coordinating them together in implementation/uplift initiatives. This will include owning and discovering areas of improvement and creating training and documentation to improve tool adoption.About YouWe're after an experienced and technical leader with solid communication and influencing skills with a broad exposure to platforms as well as their APIs.
