The Role As a Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for developing ideas and implementing campaigns that increase the sales of our clients. You need to love working in a fast-paced environment and being responsible for the results of your work.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to become "top of their game" within 6 months.
Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with company goals, focusing on driving traffic, engagement, and conversions.Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns across channels such as search engines, social media, email, display advertising, and content marketing.Content Collaboration: Work with content creators to ensure that digital content is optimised for campaigns and resonates with target audiences.Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools like GA4, social media insights, and other digital analytics platforms.Optimisation: Continuously optimise campaigns based on performance data, adjusting strategies to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.Budget Management: Allocate and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximising ROI.A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective strategies, content, and designs for campaigns.Team Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure campaigns are cutting-edge and competitive.Qualifications: Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing or Facebook Ad Management.Design Skills: Graphic design skills with Canva, Adobe Creative, website mock-ups.Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, and web analytics platforms.Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Creativity: A creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative campaign ideas that resonate with target audiences.Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changes in strategy or tactics.Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development principles. #J-18808-Ljbffr
