Digital Experience Officer - Aps 6

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Internal Channels and ATO Community team.

As a Digital Experience Officer , you will work collaboratively in a team environment ensuring the ongoing management and optimisation of our digital channels including ATO Community and the ATO's intranet, myATO. You will analyse user feedback and other intelligence to consistently improve the platform and you'll offer an innovative approach to challenge current processes and enhance the digital experience.

You will guide a team and work with business partners to curate digital content and pathways to deliver information to large audiences.

This role gives you the chance to create a positive impact in the design and delivery of digital services to the community and internally to all staff.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Albury, Box Hill (VIC), Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Hobart, Melbourne CBD, Newcastle, Sydney CBD or Upper Mount Gravatt .
