Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications) Full time A new role reporting to our Head of Experience in Marketing & Communications, the Digital Experience Manager drives our social media and website strategy and manages operational activities including the optimisation of digital content.
Working collaboratively across our organisation to design and optimise the digital experience and content for our social media and website channels, the role involves strategically applying contemporary and best practice models. The Digital Experience Manager provides expert advice and support to the Marketing & Communications team and other internal stakeholders.
This role ensures digital communications are customer-centric and effectively achieve Dairy Australia's marketing and communication goals for a variety of audiences. Effectively driving awareness, interest, and engagement through social media and website channels will be a key measure of success.
The Digital Experience Manager comes to the role with advanced stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, and proven experience in designing, delivering, and managing high-impact digital experiences and content for social media and website channels. Demonstrated experience in capturing, growing, and monitoring an online community is a must-have.
You will get into the hearts and minds of our varied target audience groups. This involves applying practical approaches such as human-centred design along with your creative and analytical thinking to conduct research/testing and define personas and journeys.
Adopting a project management approach in managing competing priorities and ensuring delivery, you are a skilled communicator that values the opportunity to develop the people around you within our team as we support and share our knowledge and capability.
