We're a values-driven business that strives for high performance and growth as we look towards the future.The RoleThe Digital Experience Lead is responsible for evolving the Group digital proposition by supporting strategic concept/feature development, from idea through to concept/business case and implementation/benefits realization as required. Additionally, this role may pivot to act as Product Owner for new feature/product builds as required.Success in this role will be evidenced in business case definition (using a Lean Canvas approach) that leads to successful prioritization of strategic initiatives. The role will enable the translation of the Group Digital and Cx strategy into market-leading member experiences through proposition development, digital experience mapping, and working closely with Ux and Cx designers to bring the experience to life.It is expected that the incumbent will lead by example for all MLC Life Insurance employees by demonstrating commitment to and role modeling the MLC Life Insurance Values.
