The Role The Digital Experience Lead is responsible for evolving the Group digital proposition by supporting strategic concept/feature development, from idea through to concept/business case and implementation/benefits realization as required. Additionally, this role may pivot to act as Product Owner for new feature/product builds as required.
Success in this role will be evidenced in business case definition (using a Lean Canvas approach) that leads to successful prioritization of strategic initiatives. The role will enable the translation of the Group Digital and Cx strategy into market-leading member experiences through proposition development, digital experience mapping, and working closely with Ux and Cx designers to bring the experience to life.
It is expected that the incumbent will lead by example for all MLC Life Insurance employees by demonstrating commitment to and role modeling the MLC Life Insurance Values. Additionally, in conjunction with the Digital and Cx Leadership Team, lead the protection and promotion of MLC Life Insurance reputation with key stakeholders including employees, customers, shareholders, the industry, government, regulators, and media.
About You Demonstrated ability to write and influence the acceptance of strategic product backlogs, roadmaps & business cases.Experience in running conceptual (pre-delivery) work items/streams that include human-centered design/product design/feature design, ensuring the technology design (completed by architecture) meets the product/feature/customer need.Experience in strategy, digital, finance, and technology or business development within a corporate environment (5 years+).Demonstrated experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships internally and externally.Tertiary qualification in a marketing, design, finance, business-related or technology discipline.Exposure to Agile and Human-Centered Design.Bringing our best to life - why join us?
