Our mission drives us, and we want you to be part of the journey.About the OpportunityThe Digital Experience and Content Creator is responsible for the content development of Councils new digital experience & knowledge base platform (DXP LG). This role will apply content design principles and user-centric thinking in addressing our customer's online needs in language and format they require.This role is fixed term until February 2026.You will be:Collaborating on the development of a content strategy and governance model that is scalable across the organisation to deliver user-centric and accessible contentWriting, reviewing, and publishing accessible online content according to human centred content design principles with a focus on making complex language, concepts and processes easy to understandEvaluating and assessing content from Customer Contact Knowledge Management officer/fact owners/Subject Matter Experts (SME's)Working with business units to update current contentIdentifying gaps in our online content, determining recommendations for remediation, and leading in their implementationAbout yourselfA person in this position will need to hold a relevant Bachelor of Communication in a related field, OR be able to demonstrate equivalent related experience.
