The Role
The purpose of the Digital Ecommerce & Content Executive is to coordinate and publish new and existing products across our suite of brands and websites, including writing product copy, optimising imagery and merchandising. The role is responsible for how we present and sell our experiences to customers to help bring our brands and products to life on-site. This role is a 3-month fixed term contract to support a busy period for us. The role is based in Sydney.
Core Activities
New Product Optimisation
Support with the enrichment of new products across our suite of brandsWrite new product copy to bring to life the experience in the brand tone of voicePrepare and upload all product images to showcase our experiencesComplete all relevant product detail information to ensure the product is completeEnsure products are merchandised correctly in the right regions and categoriesWork closely with the Performance Team to request new regions or categories as requiredOwn the queue of new products & prioritisation of go-live for these productsEnsure the product page meets our SEO standardsSupport with Product Badge application across a suite of brands
Existing Product Optimisation
Title change requestsImage OptimisationsEnsure copy change requests meet our SEO and Brand tone of voice requirementsPrepare our products for trading in key campaign periods
Projects
Support with product optimisation projects including images and content projectsOwn the product optimisation process in partnership with Supply TeamsDeliver any process improvements to help improve workflow efficiencies
Onsite Merchandising
Create SEO optimised content for landing pagesCreate new region landing pagesCreate new category landing pagesMerchandise landing pages and ensure high quality images used
Experience Required
2 years experience in a similar roleDigital Merchandising experience is essentialImage editing experience is essentialCreative or SEO copywriting experienceStrong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong organisation and time management skillsAbility to work autonomously as well as in a team
