We manage multiple fast-growing health brands and are looking for a Digital Designer to oversee and implement high-quality visual content across all digital channels (web, social media and email). Your role will focus on enhancing brand identity, developing engaging digital assets, and optimizing user experiences across all platforms, ensuring consistent branding and performance-driven design.
Role Overview:
As the Digital Designer, you will manage all visual content creation, uphold and expand brand guidelines, and optimize user experiences across digital channels, including Shopify, social media, and email marketing. You will ensure that all visual assets are engaging, conversion-focused, and meet strategic marketing objectives. You will also manage our in-house photography studio and produce fun, engaging animations/videos for various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Shopify Web Design & Landing Page Optimization:
Design and optimize Shopify templates and landing pages using HTML, CSS, and Liquid, focusing on both aesthetics and conversions.Use CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) techniques and A/B testing to continually improve landing page performance.Lead UI and UX design for the company's website, creating user-friendly, engaging digital experiences that enhance customer journeys.Optimize the user experience for mobile and desktop platforms, ensuring seamless interactions.Visual Identity & Branding:
Provide a high quality of digital content across all brands while upholding the company's brand guidelines.Strengthen and further develop the company's brand guidelines to ensure consistency across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Shopify, email).Develop brand creative assets from concept to final design that engage and resonate with audiences across all channels.In-House Photography Studio Management:
Manage and operate the in-house photography studio to create a library of product photography, lifestyle imagery, and video content.Continuously produce high-quality visual assets that align with the brand and support marketing campaigns.Video & Animation Creation Create fun, engaging videos and animations for social media, ensuring content suits various platforms (Meta, TikTok, Instagram) and is optimized for engagement.Use AI tools to streamline video creation and enhance the visual output for faster, high-quality results.Know how to create engaging and viral content using CanvaReels creation for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, talking avatars, and professional video editing.User-Generated Content (UGC): Understanding what UGC is, how to create it, and ways to monetize it effectively.Know YouTube and Social Media Strategy: Comprehensive strategies for YouTube content creation, including scriptwriting, thumbnail, keyword generation, and uploadCreate standout social media designs for platforms like Pinterest & LinkedInKnow how to utilize AI tools for content writing, image, and video generation,Know practical applications of AI platforms like InVideo and how to use AI for writing and design enhancements.Packaging & Product Renders:
Design product packaging and labels, converting them into high-quality 3D renders and mockups for marketing and eCommerce.Present full visual identity mockups for new product launches, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives.Project Management:
Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery of all visual assets and campaign materials.Manage digital asset libraries and collaborate with external developers for advanced web development when necessary.Skills & Qualifications:
Shopify Expertise: Proficient in Shopify design and implementation, with experience in HTML, CSS, Liquid, and user experience optimization.Creative Skills: Expertise in graphic design, UI/UX, video/animation creation, and 3D rendering (Blender, KeyShot). Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.Photography & Studio Management: Strong skills in photography and videography, with experience managing an in-house photography studio for ongoing content production.Performance-Driven Design: Ability to create visually stunning, conversion-focused designs that support marketing objectives and drive sales.Cross-Platform Design: Skilled in creating visuals for web, mobile, social media, email marketing, and physical product packaging.Efficiency & Speed: Capable of producing high-quality work quickly using AI tools while managing multiple projects and ensuring timely delivery.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Consistency and quality of visual identity across all platforms and brands.Shopify and landing page performance: Conversion rates, bounce rates, time on site, and A/B testing success.Timely delivery of visual assets for marketing campaigns and product launches.Engagement and conversion rates driven by visual assets across social media, email, and eCommerce.Continuous improvement in visual content produced by the in-house photography studio.
