What are they looking for:Skills -Expert knowledge of design software - Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, AI tools, G-SuiteStrong understanding of UX/UI principlesStrong understanding of Advertising practisesExcellent understanding of motion design
Attributes -Excellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to juggle multiple projects at any given timeAbility to think strategically and solve complex design challengesExcellent ability to inspire and lead a design team
Requirements -12+ years of experience working as a creative in advertisingAn excellent portfolio of past workAWARD school, Ad school or any other creative coursesBlender / Cinema 4D knowledge is a plus
