Our Sales Communications team are adding a new role, Digital Content Strategist, to their team. This role will be based in our Sydney CBD office and will report to our Sales Communications Leader.
This role is about delivering value and growth for Lion and our customers with compelling communication to support our sales team. You're responsible for the creation and distribution of our Customer Digital Marketing Calendar Plan focusing on consistency, relevance and simplicity.
A day in the life
By collaborating with our sales teams, you'll identify opportunities to develop engaging, relevant digital content for Lion products and activations as well as ways to distribute it easily leveraging our digital marketplace. From one day to the next you'll:
Develop and maintain a content plan calendar for visibility and awareness of our digital channels (Marketplace & EDM).Own our activity calendar ensuring you are actively partnering with our account managers and customer activation managers to ensure all activity and promotions are captured.Monitor trends, report on campaigns, showing return on investment clearly including insights into what campaigns work and with who.Build capability with our sales team in digital customer EDMs and the digital platform planning process.Ensure the timely delivery of content for key market activations and new products as part of the go-to-market sales readiness process.What you'll bring
• Knowledge of the e-commerce landscape as well as end-to-end content management and its role and application will set you up for success in role.
• Ability to build effective relationships across the business and influence across different teams will be essential in this role.
• Innovative thinking plus a strong User Experience focus will set you up for success in this role.
• Strong collaboration, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of relevant digital asset management technology and content syndication platforms.
