The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, planning, and managing product and brand uploads across our websites and e-commerce channels on multiple Content Management System (CMS) platforms. You will also oversee the management of product photography stock.
Key Responsibilities: Managing and coordinating product content across our online platformsOrganising and overseeing product photographyBriefing freelance writersFormatting approved product copy for website uploadsWriting SEO copy for products and landing pagesSpreadsheeting product information for uploadsProofread all content for accuracy and consistencyManaging video content on our website platformsAssisting with content for new website projectsWho Are You? You either have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role, considerable experience in the hair industry and are looking for a change, or you are a recent university graduate ready to take your first step into the industryExcellent understanding of digital marketing, online retail, and e-commerce operationsStrong attention to detail with clear and concise communication skillsAbility to respond quickly while managing multiple projects under pressureAble to manage conflicting deadlines, unexpected delays, revisions, ad hoc requests, and changing prioritiesExcellent time management and project management skillsExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook)Experience with Pronto (advantageous, but not essential)Permanent residents only.
Salary will be negotiable based on experience.
