This newly created Digital Communications Manager role will support the execution of their Corporate Communications program. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving a project to deliver a new website and enhance their channel communications.

Key responsibilities of this project include: Manage the development and delivery of the new external website, collaborating with IT & Technology and internal/external stakeholders.Internal and external stakeholder management and integrate feedback into UX and website architecture.Website content creation aligned with customer personas and regulatory requirements.Execute and manage digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.Track and analyze consumer behaviors and trends to inform channel communications.Agency and supplier relationships for project delivery.
The role presents several challenges including aligning website delivery with enterprise-wide strategic pillars, integrating emerging AI technologies, managing stakeholder relationships, and staying abreast of the evolving digital landscape.

Internal relationships include the Chief Customer Officer, Corporate Communications team, IT & Technology, and Executive Leadership Team. External relationships include social media forums, creative services agencies, and research agencies.

The ideal candidate will possess:
Knowledge of current digital trends and omni-channel digital campaigns.Management experience in website development.Experience in content strategy, website management, and user-centered design with DXPs or CMSs, website analytics tools, and SEO/SEM.Writing skills and ability to tailor content to audience needs.Experience managing external agencies.
This is a part-time project role for circa 20-25 hours per week.

Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
