The Role APM have an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial lead to join the IT team. This is a new role, that will provide the right candidate with an opportunity to take control and lead the Digital commercial negotiations and implement processes for the APAC region. This role will work closely with the business to achieve excellent commercial outcomes on Digital initiatives. You will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle process from tender, through to renewals and terminations. You will bring your experience and knowledge of an Enterprise IT environment to enable complex commercial conversations with relevant potential vendors, existing partners and stakeholders. This role will assist in defining and implementing the contracting and purchasing strategies that will be used across the Group, and will also supervise the IT Purchasing Administrator role.


In this role you will: Establish and build vendor relationships, while managing the contractual obligations of existing partners.Control the contract management processes for APAC Digital agreements, from establishing new contracts, renewals, variations and terminations.Build and maintain a Digital contractregister for APAC agreementsDeliver cost saving opportunities via commercial negotiations, while still delivering 'best in class' services to the business.Bring your experience to assist in the defining Group IT procurement strategies, policies and processes.

Skills you'll bring 5+ years' experience in contract and procurement management role in an ICT environmentExperience in driving cost reduction programs, or experience is reducing costs while still delivering high quality services will be highly regardedExperience implementing contract and procurement management methodologies will be highly regardedStrong negotiation and relationship building skills
