Opportunity snapshot:An exciting, Permanent opportunity has become available for a Digital CDP & Solution Engineering Manager. This position can be based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.Manage a dedicated team of expert Digital Solutions Engineers and CDP Specialists focused on the accurate and timely collection, stitching, segmentation, and activation of customer and digital data throughout the enterprise, in a privacy safe way.Product ownership of the Tealium Customer Data Platform at Bupa (encompassing tag management, server side event collection, and audience activation), including ensuring that Bupa is extracting maximum ROI from the investment in a CDP through ensuring governance, best practice, strategy, maturity, and roadmaps for success are all in place.What will I be doing?Responsible for managing a high calibre team of Solutions Engineers and CDP Specialists which will provide Bupa with leading digital insights capabilities required to drive product growth, real-time customer understanding, and deliver personalised healthcare (non-clinical) solutions and experiences for our customers.Responsible for people managing, career pathing, and mentoring of a technical team, ensuring they are engaged and empowered to deliver value to the business.Responsible for ownership of our Tealium platform, including managing/partnering with vendors, aligning on roadmaps and joint business plans, and spearheading support and customer success initiatives.Responsible for engaging with senior stakeholders across the business to align on ways of working, negotiate priorities/timelines, identify dependencies and opportunities, and collaborate in a productive manner to drive forward enterprise-wide delivery.Responsible for implementing Bupa's CDP Centre of Excellence operating model, including change management and process alignment with key stakeholders, and ongoing consultation, review and iteration of ways of working to ensure efficient and effective outcomes.Requirements for the role:Experience in team and people management, career development, professional development and service delivery across a large Australian (or equivalent) enterprise, managing an analytics team of 5+ technical experts including engineers and developers.Extensive experience with using client-side and server-side digital data collection solutions to accurately collect, manage, and stream customer and behavioural data to a range of locations. Direct experience with Tealium is strongly preferred; however, extensive experience with other equivalent solutions (e.g., Google, Adobe) will be considered.Extensive experience with using customer data platforms to identify, segment, and activate customer data for a range of personalisation and other use cases.
