Digital Campaign Specialist – 12-month FTCMECCA is looking for a standout Digital Campaign Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract as we continue to grow our personalisation capabilities to unlock meaningful experiences online and instore that deliver the world's best beauty experience for our customers.
The Role You Could Play As the Digital Campaign Specialist, you will plan and facilitate the delivery of the customer calendar across owned channels.
You will coordinate with eCommerce, Creative, Marketing Technology stakeholders to deliver multi-channel campaigns across email, app and onsite aligned to marketing and trade objectives.
Working closely with Digital Campaign Manager, a key focus will be ensuring that campaigns meet MECCA's customer experience standards, are personalised where relevant and are leveraging learnings from optimisation testing or business insights.
You will also be responsible for: Facilitating planning of the communications calendar in alignment with the broader marketing and digital teamsWorking with Digital Campaigns Coordinator to brief and coordinate personalised email and push campaigns and onsite testsWorking with Brand Marketing and Campaign Marketing teams to develop creative that is on brand and engagingEvaluate the effectiveness of campaigns through Google Analytics and develop meaningful insights to share with other departmentsWorking with PR & events team on amplification and support for their campaignsWorking with the Marketing Automation Specialists and external digital agency to coordinate the execution of campaigns in platformWorking with Customer Service to ensure that campaign updates are communicated to the team to manage customer feedback appropriatelyWhat You Will Bring This role requires prior experience in developing and executing strategic plans for direct marketing channels, particularly in email and app push marketing.
Strong planning and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to extract valuable insights from campaign reports.
You will play a crucial role in planning and briefing campaigns and reporting on their performance.
You will also be able to demonstrate: Strong project management and organisational skills, ability to meet deadlines and manage competing prioritiesOutstanding attention to detailExcellent stakeholder management skillsKnowledge of email marketing best practiceExperience with digital personalisation, a bonus.Can interpret analytical reports and derive insights to apply to future campaign activityPassion for beauty, fashion and retailer trends, locally and internationallyThis role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to operate autonomously and deal with change and ambiguity.
