Sydney IT & Telecomms Business Analyst Role based in Macquarie Park - 3/2 WFH split Domain exp - Website and Mobile Initial 6-month day rate contract (view to extend) - $neg M&T Resources are on the lookout for a skilled Digital Business Analyst with strong exposure to Website, App and Portal projects.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional digital and product teams to elicit and analyse business requirements and play a crucial role in developing and refining customer-facing digital solutions.
Initial 6-month day rate contract.
$neg for the right person – Role based in Macquarie Park Duties: Engage with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deeply understand business needs and accurately elicit requirements.
Serve as a key communicator, supporting the Delivery Manager, and actively participating in Agile ceremonies.
Lead requirements-gathering workshops with various stakeholders and your squad, ensuring clear and actionable outcomes.
Document technical requirements effectively and collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure alignment.
Define and refine both functional and non-functional requirements, adapting to both structured and Agile methodologies.
Collaborate seamlessly with squad members, including Designers, Solution Architects, Developers, Testers, and Delivery Managers, to drive project success.
Advocate for the Agile mindset and behaviors within your teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Mentor and support team members and peers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Utilize JIRA and Confluence to manage the entire requirement and delivery lifecycle.
Innovate proactively, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer (CX) and user experiences (UX).
Key Qualifications: Proven experience in leading requirements workshops and collaborating with diverse technical teams.
Strong expertise in defining requirements within both Agile and traditional project environments.
Excellent organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail.
A proactive, positive, and solution-oriented mindset.
In-depth knowledge of JIRA and Confluence for managing project lifecycles.
Ability to mentor, lead, and support your team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
Demonstrated ability to promote and embody the Agile mindset in all interactions.
