Overview of the Role This position requires someone with proven experience or the ability to demonstrate their expertise in driving brand growth through digital channels. They will need to hit the ground running, as we're looking for someone who can take ownership of this project from day one.
The role will be 20-24 hours per week, with flexible days and hours depending on the right candidate's needs.
Key Responsibilities Conduct market and competitor research to craft a brand strategy.Lead website redesign and update all digital media assets to reflect the new brand direction.Develop and execute a strategic content plan, including blogs, case studies, and premium resources, to attract and engage high-value clients through images, video (long/short form) and alternate content sourcing (experience in content creation/editing is imperative).Establish and maintain a strong presence on social platforms to communicate value and expertise.Create and manage targeted campaigns to attract premium clients and generate quality leads.Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and develop brand guidelines for internal and external communications.Optimise the website and content for search engines to drive organic traffic and improve visibility.Analyse key metrics and provide insights to guide strategy adjustments and ensure continuous improvement.Work closely with internal teams to align branding and marketing efforts with broader business objectives.Stay ahead of digital marketing trends to keep the company competitive in the industry.RequirementsProven experience in digital marketing, branding, and growth strategies.A portfolio or examples of previous work that align with our goals.The ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results on tight deadlines.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
