The Opportunity We're looking for an Australia Adoption Manager to drive the adoption of digital processes, systems, solutions, and system products across Australia. This includes promoting digital best practices, tools, and methodologies and fostering a culture of innovation. The role will identify opportunities for Mott MacDonald to provide our digital tools and solutions to both internal and external clients to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, add value, and improve user experience. This role is to be based in the Melbourne or Adelaide office.
The role will be measured by collaborating with digital team members throughout Australia and globally to help them adopt best practice digital solutions and system products that enable our digital service offering in an efficient and effective way. Supporting the implementation of a comprehensive digital strategy, prioritising reporting on strategic direction, driving our adoption objectives, and establishing key performance indicators. Engaging with key business stakeholders including sector and bid leads, practices, and digital delivery personnel to drive awareness of APNA Digital Services and Mott MacDonald's digital service offerings for project delivery.

A degree in a domain or digital related to the sectors that Mott MacDonald operates in.Strong understanding of digital processes, systems, and their optimisation in a business context.
Proven experience in a digital adoption role, preferably in a technology or business development environment.
Track record of influencing positively, at all levels across an organisation.
Effective team member with strong interpersonal skills to create new relationships.
Strategy and management consulting experience desirable.
