This role must ensure the performance of all client accounts within their team and that clients' investment delivers against their business objectives whilst also building exceptionally strong relationships with them.Your scope will include:Full ownership of client relationship and service on tier 1, 2 & 3 clients and performance across tier 1 clients.Influencing acknowledgement to tier 1, 2 and 3 client briefs and building programmatic media recommendations that achieve strong client outcomes.Ensuring the team is executing a smooth implementation and delivery of programmatic campaigns.Timely and accurate delivery of ad trafficking.Excellent data analysis experience and aptitude to translate insights into actionable recommendations.Aptitude to design test and learn framework.Management of Senior Digital Activation Executives on a day-to-day basis – identify relevant training for them.Accountable for output of their team.Team & CommunicationDeveloping strong working relationships with their immediate team and wider agency team.Full ownership of all workflows on tier 1,2 & 3 clients.Developing strong working relationships with line manager and able to manage upwards.Excellent communication skills with close monitoring & escalation of issues in a timely manner.ClientTimely and professional client communication.Works autonomously to meet client objectives and deliverables via innovation.Lead clients contact on tier 1, 2 and tier 3 clients.TechnicalExcellent programmatic and Social/ad operations experience.Deep awareness of platform features and how it can deliver outcomes for clients.Strong aptitude in designing and implementing testing framework.Excellent data analysis, insights and reporting aptitude translated into actionable improvements for client outcomes.Passes platform certification: DV360, CM360, Verizon, TTD, Meta, Instagram and Tik Tok.What you're looking forA encouraging and collaborative culture.Clients who are open to be challenged and working progressively.Fulfil your career ambitions in a business large enough to accommodate them.What type of person will be successful in this rolePreferably a university degree or higher education qualifications.3+ years' experience in a programmatic or ad operations role in a media agency or in-house.Experience in managing client communication and relationship as well as a portfolio of clients.Experience in people management is an advantage.Proficient in using: Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint and Excel.Certified in using any of the following programmatic platforms: DV360, Verizon, TTD, Meta, Instagram and Tik Tok.Experience using CM360 for trafficking and reporting purposes.Strong awareness and working knowledge of Australian Media Landscape.Excellent comprehension and working knowledge of digital marketing/advertising.If you don't tick every box in this ad, please don't rule yourself out.
