We are seeking an experienced, ambitious and results-driven PPC specialist to join us at Be Found Digital.
As a paid media specialist, you'll be given ownership over paid media programs for a small portfolio of clients. You will manage client campaigns across planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting to deliver on growth goals. You'll work with an account strategist and campaign manager, ensuring alignment with their strategic planning, marketing goals, and KPI settings.
You will collaborate with a diverse and talented team across strategy, paid media, creative, and SEO to develop impactful, audience-focused marketing campaigns.

Objectives of this role Executing strategic marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives, target audiences, and budgets. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral that aligns with the brand's tone and positioning. Researching and analysing consumer insights to identify target audience segments, preferences, and behaviours. Tracking campaign performance, analysing data and metrics, and providing actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimisation. Managing relationships with clients to ensure timely and effective campaign execution. Leveraging digital marketing channels to maximise campaign reach and engagement. Your tasks Ideate and implement comprehensive campaign plans and timelines, ensuring seamless execution and delivery. Collaborate with creative teams to develop visually appealing and impactful marketing assets and ensure timely and cost-effective campaign completion. Implement tracking mechanisms and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and measure ROI. Prepare and present campaign reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations. Identify opportunities for campaign improvements and implement strategic adjustments as needed. Manage budget and pacing, effectively allocating and pacing media spend across the channels to drive business results. Required skills and qualifications 4+ years' proven experience in Google Ads & Facebook Ads, with a track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns. Experience across key platforms including LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, Display Programmatic, and TikTok is a plus but not required. Training will be provided as needed. Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance. Proficiency in digital campaign tracking setup, UTM tagging, and Google Tag Manager. Efficient project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Excellent writing, communication, and organisational skills, with proficiency in relevant software such as Microsoft Office and Project Management tools. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
