About the role TheDigital Account Managerplays a pivotal role within our company, joining our highly talented Client Services Department. Drawing from experience in a digital marketing background, you will be client-focused and can plan, implement, and manage workflow and communicate our industry-leading solutions to our clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an agency delivering quality at ahigh service levelfor our clients across varying industries.
The role is supported by a nurturing high-performance team. Along with this, you will be backed by data and metrics that will show you how your clients are performing, allowing you to make decisions with confidence.
You will need the following skills and experience:
Digital marketing experience with a preference given toSEO. SEO, SEM, CRO, Programmatic, and Social Media product knowledge. Working knowledge ofGoogle Products including Analytics 4 & Looker Studio. Strong time management and organisation skills. Great communication skills, maturity, and resilience.
