Policies: We support our employees with various leave options, including birthday leave, wedding leave, two days for volunteering, Hava-Rest Day, and many more perks, including industry-leading parental leave.Havas From AnywhereWhat we look for in a brilliant Digital Account Director at Havas HostYou can (and every now and then) do everything a Senior Account Manager can, ANDYou have a breadth of experience across digitally focused projects, including building websites, CX and Customer Journey projects, UX optimization, UI design, and are comfortable working with our data science team to shape CRM recommendations.You contribute to shaping our Client Indispensability Plan every 12 months alongside our GADs which outlines our goals and objectives for that client.You have an intimate understanding of our contract and scope of work and what we are being tasked with delivering.You ensure the workflow plan is being updated weekly and accurately and you are in frequent contact with your Clients, proactively driving future planning to ensure we have great visibility to incoming workload.You have great experience in managing a team (to account manager level), you provide anyone who works with you a monthly check-in session, you mentor and develop them thoughtfully and proactively, and you successfully complete their performance review. Your team all have KPIs.You have strong strategic and analytic skills – you are very good at developing a sound strategic argument and presenting it, verbally and in a deck.The internal team respects you and trusts you – you have a proven ability to sell breakthrough output.You lead meetings and can handle any situation and bring it round to a good outcome.You are a strong partner to the planner on the business and are as capable as they are in developing a strategic point of view.You are focused on effectiveness and ensure, alongside your planner, that there is a dashboard on your business which is reviewed regularly.You proactively make considered suggestions about ways to improve both our business and your clients' business.You are a highly persuasive, and a consummate presenter.
