About the role
The Mater Department of Dietetics and Foodservices has exciting opportunities for two experienced and highly motivated Dietitian's to join their dynamic team.
Dietitians at Mater Health provide comprehensive, high quality, evidence based Nutrition and Dietetics services to both adult and paediatric patients within Mater public and private hospitals. This position will be based at the South Brisbane campus.
What you'll be doing
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a clinical caseload, which will rotate through a range of clinical areas, whilst contributing to quality improvement initiatives and best practice models of dietetic care. Clinical responsibilities may include the provision of nutrition care to adults and paediatrics across a range of clinical areas, including both public and private inpatients and outpatients. The successful applicant will also have the opportunity to participate in professional mentoring and peer group supervision.

The successful applicant will demonstrate:
Comprehensive knowledge of Nutrition and Dietetics service in a hospital setting and the ability to manage caseloads across a broad range of clinical areasCommitment to continuous quality improvement, evidence based practice and professional developmentExceptional interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written) and time management skills, including the ability to work collaboratively within the Nutrition and Dietetics Department and as part of a multidisciplinary team.The successful applicant must also have:
