Diesel Motor Mechanic

Our Client, RGM MAINTENANCE is an industry leader in providing maintenance and repair solutions within the transport industry around Australia since 2002. We are the local dealer for Mercedes Benz, Freightliner, and Fuso as well as the preferred maintenance and service provider for many large fleet customers.
We want someone enthusiastic and energetic to join us in the service and maintenance of these brands along with our ongoing commitment to the road, defence, and fuel transport industries.
The Role: Carry out general servicing and maintenance/repairs on all makes of trucks and trailers. Carry out warranty repairs on Fuso, Freightliners, Mercedes Benz Trucks as well as Detroit Engines. Carry out minor and major repairs to various makes & models. Resolve technical issues with the ability to understand wiring and air schematics. Diagnose & repair various faults. Carry out services/repairs in a timely manner. Above award wages with overtime available. What we are looking for: Heavy Vehicle Mechanics, due to the range of vehicles we work on. Someone with a can-do attitude and a willingness to get their hands dirty and give it a go. Mechanical aptitude and a passion for what you do. An understanding of the importance of delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service. Ability to listen well and comprehend complex tasks, exceptional time management and organizational skills. Current driver's license is required. RGM Maintenance Pty Ltd
