Diesel Motor Mechanic

White King Wollongong (Illawarra Toyota) has a vacancy for a Diesel Motor Mechanic.
Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines for various vehicles and machinery. Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and testing of engines. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with vehicles and machinery. Ensure all repairs are completed to high safety and operational standards. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Requirements: Proven experience as a Diesel Motor Mechanic or similar role. Minimum 3 years' experience. Experience at an automotive dealership company preferred. Trade qualification or equivalent certification in Automotive Engineering. Strong knowledge of diesel engines, fuel, air, and electrical systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Remuneration / Salary: Remuneration will reflect current market conditions and industry award rates.
