Due to continued business growth, we are seeking to add a diesel mechanic - leading hand to manage our team.About the role:Under the supervision of the Workshop Manager, you will be the supervisor of a team of mechanics as well as working on a variety of trucks and earthmoving equipment both in the workshop and out on site.What we can offer you:Remuneration to match your experience and qualificationsPermanent full-time positionDiversity of workAir-conditioned workshopJob Tasks and Responsibilities:Supervise our team of mechanicsPerform diagnosis and repair of truck and plant/equipment faults including but not limited to servicing, hydraulic, brakes, and engine repairsTravel around Central Victoria to various sitesAlways adhere to OH&S standardsBe available to work Monday to Friday and at times over the weekendOvertime is availableAbout you:Trade qualified in either Heavy Diesel or Earthmoving
