About the Role: Join our dynamic Mobile Maintenance team at Newman Operations, situated in the Pilbara Region on the traditional lands of the Nyiyaparli people. As a Heavy Diesel Fitter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our operations, working with both breakdown and planned maintenance teams. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and inspections on heavy diesel equipment. Diagnose, repair, and refurbish engines and components, primarily on CAT 793F Trucks and CAT 785 Watercarts. Collaborate with a skilled team to ensure optimal performance and safety standards. About You Ability to commit to 8 days on, 6 days off, followed by 7 nights on, 7 nights off, with FIFO arrangements from Perth Previous experience in mining or a transferrable industry with larger sized earthmoving equipment preferred Knowledge of CAT and Cummins engines is desirable Experience in maintaining and diagnosing mobile equipment is highly regarded Team-focused, with a strong commitment to safety in the workplace Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team What is on offer?
