As a Field Technician, you will be instrumental in providing scheduled servicing and repairs.
To succeed, the quality of your work will be exemplary, ensuring repeat business from our customers.
As part of a close-knit team, you will work collaboratively with others to minimise turnaround times for the customer.
More specifically, your duties will include the following:
Work with the Service Team regarding daily schedule and changesUndertake builds, servicing and repairs while complying with Safe Work Method StatementsUpdate the Service Team before, during, and after jobs are completedComplete and submit all necessary paperworkUndertake trade-related training to maintain competencyIn determining suitability for the role, the following criteria are considered essential:
Qualified in Mechanical Trade Diesel Fitting or equivalentSkilled at assessing and mitigating riskBasic computer literacyAbility to collaborate with other roles and teamsAbility to determine issues requiring escalationThe following criteria are considered desirable:
