Mount Isa Mines are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Diesel Fitter to join the Mobile Fleet team at George Fisher Mine. Reporting to the Mobile Fleet Supervisor, this position is residential in Mount Isa and requires you to work a 7 on / 7 off, day and night shift roster, providing grounds for an excellent work-life balance.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced, results-focused and ambitious individual to join us in a role of a Diesel Fitter with the Mobile Fleet team at George Fisher Mine. You will have the ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently, working in a dynamic and challenging environment with a high focus on planned maintenance. The ideal person will be required to participate in all aspects of fleet maintenance, including routine maintenance, corrective repairs and breakdowns.
