The Dictation and Transcription Support Clerk is responsible for medical audio typing and administrative support within the Health Information Service.
This role includes medical audio transcription, monitoring, maintenance and development of our dictation and transcription system, assisting with training of new users, and liaising with external Transcription providers.
The duties attached to these tasks include dictation co-ordination, letter editing and administrative support duties to assist in the provision of an efficient, effective and confidential health information service.
