Dickson College - Executive Teacher of English, Interdisciplinary Studies, Student Data and ReportingFull-time PermanentDetails: Dickson College is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and innovative individual to temporarily fill the School Leader C position of Executive Teacher English, Interdisciplinary Studies, Student Data & Reporting.As a member of the School Executive Team, they will provide leadership and management that supports the school improvement plan and is consistent with the policies of the Education Directorate and the College. This role provides leadership for the English and Interdisciplinary Studies, with whole school responsibility for leadership of reporting processes and for strategic leadership of the way the school accesses and leverages student data to drive evidence informed school improvement.The role includes effective management of resources, finances, staff and professional development within the areas of responsibility.The successful applicant will demonstrate best practice pedagogical approaches, collaborative teaching and learning and an ability to engage a diverse range of students from various backgrounds.We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where people with diverse thoughts, lived experience, and perspectives can thrive and contribute their unique talents to the ACTPS and ACT community.
