Responsibilities Oversee multiple streams of work and drive an open and positive interdependent relationship between the Project Team, Operations, and project stakeholders.
Responsible for managing, monitoring, and auditing each phase of the implementation and the related project plans and budgets.
Overseeing scheduled activities and maintaining plans.
Proactively anticipate project deviations and be responsible for communicating and/or taking immediate corrective action.
Requirements 3-5 years' experience in IT Project/Program Management - system migration, system integration, data migration desirable.
Experience in large-scale projects, leadership, and implementation in a logistics/supply chain or FMCG environment.
Experience directing cross-functional teams utilizing continuous improvement methodologies to optimize Supply Chain design.
Bachelor's degree qualified in Project Management, Logistics, Commerce, or related field (preferred).
Prince2 / PMP / IPMA Certifications (preferred).
The ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.
Project methodology qualifications essential - Agile project and waterfall management experience preferred.
Excellent working knowledge and understanding of warehousing, distribution, and WMS.
Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
