The Lendlease Communities business is renowned for designing safe, welcoming master planned communities with world class facilities for people to live, work, learn and play. Our places combine appealing architecture and vibrant urban spaces with parks, waterways and leafy streetscapes.
We have an immediate requirement for experienced Development Project Managers (DPM) to work within our Queensland Communities business, with opportunities available at Shoreline, Kinma Valley and Yarrabilba.
The Role Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, as the DPM you will be responsible for leading the safe, timely, and cost-efficient delivery of physical works on the project. These responsibilities will cover detailed design and approvals, contractor procurement and engagement, delivery of works, budget control, hand-over of assets, and Environmental Health and Safety. The role will be primarily based on-site at the project office and in our Brisbane office.
Partnering and collaborating with the projects Development Management team, this role will see you managing consultants and contractors to ensure programme milestones are met and ensure the projects adhere to the Lendlease Global Minimum Requirements and EH&S standards. The DPM role will lead quality control, programme reporting and management, governance, finance expense reporting and delivery monitoring responsibilities as part of the on-site function.
Requirements Qualifications in construction management or engineering are preferred, with a strong background in civil construction management, project management, and safety management within the civil construction industry. Ideally, you will come from a developer, construction contractor, or design consultancy background with a detailed understanding of master planned residential estates. You must possess a valid Australian driver's license and have your own vehicle.
