About the Role As a Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of exciting built form development projects from conception to completion, working alongside industry experts and stakeholders to bring ambitious visions to life. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee multiple high-profile development projects Develop and manage project feasibilities, budgets, and timelines Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure project success Navigate planning approvals and regulatory requirements Engage with stakeholders, including local communities and government bodies Oversee project rectification and transition to asset management, including establishing operational procedures and managing stakeholder expectations Contribute to strategic growth and business development initiatives Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in a built form development role or a related field Strong understanding of the Perth property market and development processes Excellent project management and financial acumen Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems Tertiary qualifications in Property, Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field Why Join Our Client?
