Located in the heart of Sydney CBD, our client is seeking a talented and experienced Development Manager to join their team.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The Role: As the Development Manager, you will take a lead role in managing the front-end development process across retail and industrial projects.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Preparing feasibilities, site assessments, and project evaluations.Driving the planning, strategy, and coordination of projects.Engaging with stakeholders to ensure project success.Collaborating closely with the team to provide informed development recommendations.Supporting the valuation process to ensure financial feasibility and risk management.Key Requirements: Strong background in front-end development, particularly in preparing feasibilities and project assessments.Experience in valuations and financial modelling.Proven track record of delivering retail and/or industrial development projects.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.Willingness to be office-based on working days.Benefits: Competitive salary.Flexible working arrangements (4 days/week considered for the right candidate).Opportunity to work with a renowned privately-owned developer.Central Sydney CBD location with easy access to transportation.If you are an experienced Development Manager with a passion for retail and industrial projects, we would love to hear from you!
