The expectation is that you will have key understanding and experience in coordinating design consultants and contractors, ideally from the construction world. Experience in managing quality control, reporting and consultants/contractors is essential. Besides the above, you'll ideally have experience working on multi-residential or commercial construction projects for a head contractor and either a bachelor degree in building or engineering, or relevant experience.
