Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is a Strategic Industry Partner for the development of the Australian Guided Weapons and Explosive Ordnance (GWEO) Enterprise with goals to enhance self-reliance, supply chain resilience, and developing a guided weapons manufacturing capability in Australia.
The Strategic Capabilities Office (SCO) will oversee the execution of GWEO initiatives.
This role will have you working closely with the US team under their mentorship and guidance.
The role will operate within a complex matrix organisation to assist in directing phases of the programs from inception through completion.
About you: Advanced experience in managing and executing programs to include Australian industry, Australian Government and United State Government (USG) stakeholdersExceptional ability to develop enduring customer relationships with both the Australian customers and US suppliersAdvanced experienced in working closely with International Trade Compliance and understanding export rules and regulationsExtensive experience in international direct commercial sales and foreign military salesAdvanced knowledge of Agile Development ProcessesAdvanced experience in transferring technology under a License Production agreement (desirable)What we offer you:

Your responsibilities will include: Execute programs or subsystems of major programs ensuring cost, schedule and technical performance targets are met.Manage the input from support functions to ensure internal and external program reporting meets the expectations of stakeholders.Participate in the negotiation of contract and contract changes, support the preparation of business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contract.Act as customer contact for program activities, co-leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
