This is an ideal role for an AutoCAD expert, looking to join a team focused on concept design & drawings within a fast-paced, results-driven environment seeking to secure a long-term career in residential construction.
THE ROLE:Reporting to the Development Manager, your responsibilities will include thorough understanding of medium density residential projects, not limited to the below:
Preparation of Concept Design drawings for medium density projects.Progressing Concept drawings into full Developer Approved drawings, including siting, roof plans & landscaping.Creation of Marketing drawings for the sales teams.Collaborate closely with the Research & Development team, ensuring the designs are compliant.Ensure designs are compliant with SLHC & liaise with Building Surveyors where required for regulations.Aim to maximize the design ideas through investigation & initiative with various design & drafting concepts.KEY REQUIREMENTS:To be successful in the role, you will have previous experience in residential construction in a similar role:
